Bone Fidelity is the first recording from the quartet, The Bona Fide Scoundrels. It was recorded live in a quality studio in Toronto by capable professionals on a cold Monday day. Richard Sugarman brought copious amounts of sugar, while Trish Van Katwyk smuggled in the kind of food the body says 'thank you' too. Most of the songs were first takes complete with wrinkles and creases...the stuff of life. The late, great Ron Gaskin so wonderfully named this recording Bone Fidelity, after seeing the band perform a live set. This recording is dedicated lovingly to Ron's spirit and courage.
